Terms of Service: Next-Gen Information Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the digital infrastructure, websites, or Product Vaults of Next-Gen Information Services ("the Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all Business Owners, visitors, and users of our systems.

2. Digital Product License

Upon purchase of any digital asset (guides, templates, video courses, or frameworks), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license.

  • Permitted Use: You may use these assets for your own internal business operations.

  • Prohibited Use: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or "white-labeling" our proprietary Next-Gen materials unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the "No Hype. Just Systems." manifesto, brand marks, Navy Blue (#243a83) design elements, and technical file structures, are the sole property of Next-Gen Information Services. Unauthorized duplication is a violation of international copyright law.

4. No-Refund Policy (Digital Assets)

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of "Substance," all sales are final. Once access to the Product Vault or a digital download has been granted, we do not offer refunds. We encourage Business Owners to review product specifications thoroughly before deployment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Next-Gen Information Services provides technical infrastructure and information. We do not guarantee specific financial results or "get-rich-quick" outcomes. You acknowledge that business success depends on your own implementation, systems, and market variables. We are not liable for any technical "bottlenecks" or operational losses incurred during the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically adhering to the standards required for businesses operating in Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, and extending to our global client base in the USA, UAE, and Europe.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update our product versions or technical infrastructure at any time to ensure the highest professional standard. Continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
